If you have a requirement to keep track the number of labels you use or distributed, we have a comprehensive range of label counting systems. These can be used to count the total number of labels on a reel or to rewind a pre-set number of labels from a source reel on to a target reel (for distribution purposes). Our range includes label counters for opaque labels, translucent/transparent labels, booklet labels.

3D2015CNT Desktop Label Dispenser with Label Counter

Totalising Counter - Checking that the specified number of labels exist on a roll.

Batch Label Counter - Set the number of labels you require on the finished reel, the unit will rewind the required number of labels and stop (Rewinder). For Dispensing, set a predetermined number of labels you wish to dispense, the 3D2015CNT will dispense the set number of labels and stop.

An example of the variations to our standard counter model (3D150CNT) are: counter unit for transparent labels, a unit that will slit the labels after counting (3D150CNT-CD, booklet label counter. See below for our full range.

3D150CNT-B Booklet Label Counter

Another new unit in our ever increasing range of label counting systems. The unit is designed to significantly increase the speed of counting booklet labels used predominantly within the pharmaceutical industries. The unit provides a 100% count accuracy.
